Omega City and Properties wasn’t just launching a real estate brand. They were introducing a vision of what living in Nigeria could look like which is smarter, safer, and future-ready.
But at the start, there was nothing tangible to hold on to. No brand identity or even digital presence. What they had was ambition, vision and the need to be trusted in a market where trust is everything.
For the Omega City launch, we wanted it to be more than an event. We wanted it to be memorable and be the brand’s first real handshake with the public. We provided full event coverage, capturing key moments from speeches and interactions to the symbolic ribbon cutting. The content was shared in real time and repurposed after the event to keep the momentum going. Through visuals and storytelling, we translated the atmosphere of the launch into digital content that made people feel present, even if they weren’t in the room.

We partnered with Omega City to build the brand from the ground up. This started with defining the brand’s tone, values, and personality which positioned Omega City as a forward-thinking real estate company focused on growth, sustainability, and smart investment.
From there, we developed the visual identity: the logo, colour palette, and overall look and feel that communicated premium living without feeling distant or inaccessible.
To bring the brand into the physical world, we designed branded materials including tote bags, flasks, jotters, pens, and wristbands ensuring every touchpoint reflected the same level of polish and intention.
With the foundation in place, we turned to the digital space. Across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, we created and managed content that positioned Omega City as a trusted authority in real estate. The storytelling focused on clarity explaining the value of the properties, the thinking behind the developments, and why Omega City represented a smart, secure investment. We highlighted expertise, reinforced credibility, and spoke directly to Nigerians looking for long-term value both locally and in the diaspora.
